Your Top 3 Ways to Make the Most of your Exercise Ball

 

I realize that most of you have an exercise ball at home.  BUT… most of you aren’t using it.  So, here’s your reminder.  It has so many uses.

 

I use mine in my office and at home daily, and here’s how:

 

1.  I SIT ON THE BALL WHILE AT MY DESK AND WHILE TREATING PATIENTS

That way, I’m not tempted to hunch forward or lean too far back.  

Not to mention, I find myself bouncing and moving my core, which is fun and functional.

 

2.  I STRETCH MY LOW BACK AND UPPER BACK WITH THE BALL

 

It can be difficult to stretch your low back into a good amount of extension.

Your exercise ball helps to induce a beautiful extension curve (in the video, scroll to the end of the video to find the ball back extension stretch):

3. I EXERCISE WITH MY BALL 

 

I’m talking strength, ladies.  

 Whether it’s pelvic isolation while pregnant :
