One of my favorite exercise / stretching tools is the styrofoam roller. Not the big, long one … rather the short ( 1’ long ) roller. The little one fits anywhere …
… you get the idea.
You can use them for sooooo many different stretches and exercises. My favorites are the stretches for hamstrings, hip flexors, ITBands and that space between your shoulder blades.

In addition, there are ways to stretch your piriformis muscle using a styrofoam roller when you’re pregnant (because sometimes getting your leg up high enough to stretch this muscles while your belly is in the way is not accessible).
