Stretches for your IT band! Your Iliotibial band runs all the way from you hip to the side of your knee and can be the source of pain in both joints. We suggest chiropractic care for mobilization and stretching! Here is how we stretch this muscle/tissue:
Lean against something sturdy. Straighten your lower leg and wrap the top one in front. Stretch by lowering your bottom hip closer to the ground.
