For low back pain - these are simple things you can do at home to take pressure off of your low back. By laying down in a cobra pose you are inducing extension throughout the low back. This is the natural curve of the back. Keep your belly on the ground. Another way to do this is with an exercise ball. You want to be mindful of balance here. Lay back slowly over the ball. This will induce the low back curve and also create extension through the low back. Another thing you can do while you're seated or even driving is to use a lumbar support pillow. You will put it right behind your low back. This will take pressure off and create the natural curve of the spine.
