Alleviate nursing shoulder pain with these stretches

 Upper back, neck, and shoulder pain can happen we are looking down often during nursing.  We often call this nursing shoulder in our chiropractic clinic. As a prenatal chiropractor we see this often in patients postpartum. What we want you to do is get next to a wall or door frame. Put your arm up and lean forward into the stretch. The next is to get on a table or wherever your are sitting. Sit on your hand and turn opposite way by gently pulling on your head. The most important competent that will help relieve pain is to get adjusted. This will help with removing pressure from the neck and upper back.
