Plantar Fasciitis Stretches

Posted by Jesse Lillejord on
Plantar Fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It can cause a stabbing pain that shows up early in the morning.
It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes.
Dr. Paige is showing how we can help this pain during treatment.
The patient will flex their foot as we move around the achilles tendon. You can then get into the plantar fascia. You start by pointing the toes and then raise the foot up and you massage the middle of the foot going upwards with the foot.
**the adjusting is only done in the clinic by a licensed chiropractor**
