Our prenatal chiropractor - Dr. Jesse - discusses the use of a Boppy Pillow at home while you are sleeping to relieve hip pain and back pain! At our chiropractic clinic our trained pregnancy chiropractor sees this type of pain a lot in pregnant women. Here we discuss hip pain related to pregnancy due to increased side-lying. We typically see this type of pain at the tail end of the 3rd trimester (~36 weeks) but it can happen sooner.
