Dr. Kelsie from CHIRO FOR KIDZ will show you a few different yoga poses for your little ones to do to at home! Use these stretches to help relieve muscle tension and pain from sitting all day. This is perfect to do if they are working on school work. The first pose is called turtle pose, followed by butterfly pose, and then seal pose. Giraffe pose is the final pose. You can have them hold each of these poses for about 20 seconds and repeat each pose twice!
