Gassiness - Techniques for your kids at home

Gassiness: 
For children or babies that are gassy, constipated, or have colic, something you can do at home is a technique called "I LOVE YOU". The digestive tract runs from the right side of the body to the left so begin in the bottom right corner of your child. Use a fairly firm pressure with your finger tips and using a clockwise-circular motion rub in the direction if an "I" with your fingers. Create this shape 3x total. After that you will create an "L" shape, following along the same path as the I but moving horizontal across the abdomen of the child. Again repeat 3x. Finally, create a "U" shape by following up, along the top and down the other side of the abdomen.
