The stretch we're going over today at CHIRO FOR KIDZ is focusing on the upper back and shoulder region. Sit your infant on your lap facing away from you - you can even have someone distract them. You anchor down with one hand around the chest. With your other hand you get deep into the arm pit, you hold the arm and pull the arm over the chest. Reach far over the chest to stretch those upper back and shoulder muscles. You can do that about 10 times on both sides. Another thing you can do is anchor the body again, go deep in the armpit again and lift the arm up. Perform this stretch 10 times on each side.
