Strengthening Exercises for Crawling + Hypotonia [ low tone ]

These exercises are designed to help strengthen babes core + body to support them through developmental milestones! Often if babe isn't wanting to crawl up on all fours they may be lacking some pelvic + hip strength.
In addition, if older babes [ 2-3 months+ ] are still presenting in a crunched up "c-shape" and are not able to hold their heads up well they may have lower muscle tone [ hypotonia ]. These exercises will help build strength in the body. 
1. Upper body arm pull 
2. Side bends 
3. Intercostal [ rib ] pats 
4. Supported ball sit 
5. Kneeling ball / floor sit
