Tongue Tie and Lip Tie Exercises

Exercises for Tongue and Lip Tie:
  • Stretching the upper palate: use two fingers and enter the mouth. Press up into the palate and gently spread outward in a V-motion. 
  • De-sensitizing the Gag reflex: use a finger directly behind the upper teeth and press gently. Slowly work your way further into the back of the mouth.
