Grab a laptop stand or a stack of books to prop up the device. Work on keeping wrists in a neutral posture as they are typing. Sitting on a ball is great for movement in the pelvis! Take breaks every hour to work on these upper trap and back stretches. Hold each stretch to 5-10 seconds!
