On average we spend 12 hours sitting in a day. However, this number has likely increased with the current pandemic situation which has a lot of us using our devices + sitting more than ever. What results is abnormal posture that can cause debilitating back pain ~ which is where your favorite chiropractic clinic comes into the picture. The issue with a forward head carriage: Your head weighs ~10 POUNDS!!! 

As the head moves forward in front of the shoulders, it adds 10 pounds/inch of force (aka stress) on your spine.
