    Amy is a 200- hour Certified Yoga Instructor, a lovely momma of three, and founder of Amy Bizal Wellness! After her first kid, she found yoga and a way to reconnect with herself and she fell in love! With her next two pregnancies she practiced perinatal yoga and personally felt the benefits as her pregnancies were more manageable both mentally and physically. She now teaches yoga online with classes for beginners + prenatal + postpartum + even kids yoga!!

She has had education and experience from LifePower Yoga, LifeTime Fitness, + Fit Haus, to name a few! Kayla being Level 3 Pilates Certified, decided to open her business after having her first lovely daughter! She now trains 1-on-1 with clients, focusing on low impact, and functional fitness emphasizing in core and complete body control!     Lindsay Dungey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist (NASM) + Mama! She found her fitness passion after meeting her husband, (professional motocross athlete). Lindsay is now the author of two eBooks + has an Instagram community ~ @lindsay_dungey ~ where she shares her fitness + nutrition tips! In our course, she lays out pregnancy safe strength training exercises for moms!
