Seated Piriformis Stretch for Low Back Pain

This stretch helps tremendously with low back pain.

And, you can do it anywhere!

-seated, bring the painful side leg/foot up onto the opposite knee -place your hands on the painful side knee, turn your torso 30-45 degrees toward, and pull knee toward your body -hold 15-30 seconds, repeat as necessary
