Masks are not required indoors, however we respect your decision to wear or not wear a mask. Due to HIPAA regulations and the privacy of our patients and staff, we will not be inquiring about your vaccination status.
We will still send out a mask questionare for each appointment which allows you to select if you would still like the team to wear a mask during your visit. We respect each individuals choice.
Steps we are taking in the clinic for your safety :
If you would like the doctors to wear a mask during your visit you may specify in your pre-appointment questionaire.
We are staying up to date with the CDC / state guidelines - and will adapt as needed to follow the guidelines.
We are doing a FULL clean in between each patient visit. This is something we have always done in our clinic, but want to re-assure you of our cleaning procedures. The doctors and staff are also maintaining high standards of cleanliness with hand washing / sanitizing.
We do ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms, (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) or if you have been in contact with someone that has, that you cancel your appointment. There is never ANY shame in cancelling - and we make it super simple! Just go into your client portal and cancel… you don’t have to call or email us! You can then reschedule at your convenience for a future date.
