In following the new CDC / state guidance - we are no longer requiring masks indoors. We respect your decision to wear or not wear a mask. Due to HIPAA regulations and the privacy of our patients and staff, we will not be inquiring about your vaccination status.
We will still send out a covid screening for each appointment which allows you to select if you would still like the team to wear a mask during your visit.
Steps we are taking in the clinic for your safety :
Each patient will be sent a pre-appointment screening form to fill our before their appointment. Please complete the form on the day of your visit.
If you would like the doctors to wear a mask during your visit you may specify in your pre-appointment screening.
We are staying up to date with the CDC / state guidelines - and will adapt as needed to follow the guidelines.
We are doing a FULL clean in between each patient visit. This is something we have always done in our clinic, but want to re-assure you of our cleaning procedures. The doctors and staff are also maintaining high standards of cleanliness with hand washing / sanitizing.
We do ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms, (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) or if you have been in contact with someone that has, that you cancel your appointment. There is never ANY shame in cancelling - and we make it super simple! Just go into your client portal and cancel… you don’t have to call or email us! You can then reschedule at your convenience for a future date.
