Visits must be used within 12 months. You decide when you want to use your visits!  

For a NEW PATIENT visit - to account for the extra time + new patient communication provided with that first visit - patient pays the difference [ $70 ] of a new patient price minus the amount of the discounted visit value. *** existing patients don't pay any extra.
