I will only be treating 30 minute appointments :
Adjustment + Deep Tissue Stretching session ( 30 minute )

Labor + Delivery Prep visit ( 30 minute )
Both appointments will be at the rate of $150
Here's the great part ---->>> ANY CURRENT PACKAGE YOU HAVE WILL STILL BE HONORED WITH ME. JUST SCHEDULE THE 30 MINUTE DEEP TISSUE VISIT AND WE WILL ADJUST IT ON OUR END 🙌.

Meet Dr. Abby!
She is a women's and pediatric specialist. She discovered chiropractic care through a dance injury when she was younger - which led to an interest in her future career.
She is an early riser teaching fitness classes before heading into the clinic. You can find her on auntie duty or spending time outdoors in any way she can - even in the winter!
If you see her dancing around the clinic - think nothing of it - we tend to do that around here.
Meet Dr. Jess!
She is known as Magic Hands in the clinic because she was a massage therapist for years before moving to the states to become a Chiropractor!
Jess grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada in an itty bitty farming town. She loves everything outdoors [ camping / hiking / paddle boarding / cross country skiing ]! She is recently married, and has two dogs, Flynn + Ryder.

Our lactation specialist - Dr. Jess - will help guide you through your journey.
All throughout Dr. Jess’s Chiropractic schooling, she has had a passion for women and children’s health. Through her internships, she specialized in pregnancy and infant care learning from many doctors around the Twin Cities.
She then advanced her knowledge by investing further into her education by taking courses on craniosacral therapy and infant tongue therapy.
Dr. Jess has taken her Lactation Consultant course and can offer lactation advice for breastfeeding/pumping mamas. She's able to do weighted feeds and help with latching difficulties which may require some positioning changes for you, and body work for babe.

When breast milk changes - this is the time where mom may find it extra difficult to breastfeed and your babe may be more fussy while at the breast during this time. Be mindful and patient during these times and if you need extra support during this time - we can get through it together
