7. TFL / ITband with foam roller

8. "sit" on piriformis / butt muscle with foam roller

9. TFL / ITband lean in / "sink in" stretch

10. "sit" on ball + lift leg up + out

11. kneeling hip flexor stretch

12. sofa hip flexor stretch

13. wall hip flexor stretch

14. partner piriformis stretch with wedge
