Pain Relief from Plantar Fasciitis and Foot Pain

For Plantar Fasciitis and foot pain - you can use a golf ball at home ( or even an iced water bottle ) to get that band on the bottom of your foot stretched out.  If you take the ball and roll from your heel to the front of the foot while applying pressure you will get a lot of relief.  This will help with plantar fasciitis.
