1. Adjustments
The nerves that exit out of the mid-back innervate [ talk to ] the stomach. When we adjust these segments in the spine, we can decrease symptoms of nausea + vomiting!
In addition, the autonomic [ involuntary ] innervation of the stomach comes from the vagus nerve! This nerve is located in the upper neck / base of the skull! It is responsible for the "rest, digest, protect" portion of the digestive system!
Below is a diagram to show the relationship of the vagus nerve [ green ] and the stomach / rest of the body!
This may not make your nausea go away completely, but it can certainly help make it more manageable!

2. Herbal Supplements + Small, Frequent Meals
Certain herbs can be helpful for nausea + vomiting. In addition, eating small, frequent meals can help combat nausea + vomiting during your pregnancy. Try to eat well balanced meals with lots of veggies and try not to eat too late before bedtime!
